Thirteen Studio was founded by Tooraj and Negin. Tooraj is a visual artist with an MFA in Photography, Video, and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts in New York. He has over twenty years of professional experience in photography and video. Negin is an interdisciplinary artist and designer with an MFA in Studio Art from City College of New York. She has valuable experience in photography and interior design. Their works have been shown in international festivals, exhibitions, and biennials and published in acclaimed art books and magazines.

Tooraj and Negin started Thirteen Studio to provide photography, video, and creative services in New York and worldwide. With the perspective of interior design and architectural form, they added more services and a team of seasoned art, design, fashion, and marketing professionals to provide their clients with top-quality content.

 

Open Positions

Photographer

We are looking for candidates with an eye for detail, an understanding of bracketing photos for HDR, an understanding of composition and angles, and who own a full-frame DSLR with a wide-angle lens. We need excellent photographers with the required gear who are presentable and personable and can be flexible during the week and occasional weekends and be critiqued on their performance.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Flexible weekday schedule

  • Extremely friendly and team player

  • Understanding of Interior and Architectural Photography Composition, Lighting, and White Balance

We are looking for an experienced Photo Retoucher who is versatile, detail-oriented, hard-working, intuitive, organized, and efficient.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Highly skilled in Lightroom and Photoshop

Photo Retoucher

We are looking for an excellent, hard-working assistant with a great attitude and willingness to jump into tasks, someone who is excited to be a part of all project phases and learn and grow with a small team.
